Touching the Mushaf and Purity
- Is it permissible to recite Surat Al-Fatihah at any time, or is it restricted to specific times, such as prayer, and what are these times if they are specific?
- Is it permissible for a disabled person who finds it difficult to turn and hold the pages of the Mushaf to place a spiral binding instead of the spine of the Mushaf?
- What should you do if impurity gets on your foot, knowing that washing it and then walking on the carpets might make the foot impure again, due to doubt about the house becoming impure as a result of family members entering the bathroom without shoes and a female child urinating in the room's hallway?

And does impurity transfer simply by a defiled hand touching soap during washing?
