Do the Malikis permit a menstruating woman to recite the Qur’an if she does not have memorized the surahs or parts she will recite, by analogy with their saying that recitation is permissible for fear of forgetting?

According to the Maliki school, it is permissible for a menstruating woman to recite the Qur’an absolutely, whether she has memorized it or not, because she does not possess her purity. It is also permissible for a menstruating woman to recite from a tablet (lawh), and she is not forbidden from touching it if she is a teacher or a student.
