Is it conceivable that daughters receive nothing from their inheritance of shops, whether these shops are sold or rented out, especially since the father only acknowledged one-fifth as their share of his estate, with the sons and mother sharing in that one-fifth, while the sons possess everything and spend lavishly, and have not settled the debts they use as a pretext to withhold the inheritance?

The share of daughters from their father's inheritance is "to the male, what is equal to the portion of two females." The mother inherits one-eighth. Whatever is taken from this rightful share is unlawful gain (suht) and must be returned. The father or the male children do not have the right to alter the legally prescribed inheritance shares. Any will that contradicts this is invalid because it is a bequest to an heir and because it deprives rightful heirs of their legal entitlements. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has given every rightful person his right, so there is no bequest for an heir."

The legal heirs inherit everything the deceased left behind, whether money, real estate, or possessions, be it little or much. This includes commercial shops. You must share in the ownership of the shops according to your shares, and you must take your share from their sale price or rental income. The sisters' share can be sold to whoever wishes to buy it, and they are free to dispose of their share. Debts incurred by the shops after the father's death are borne by whoever managed them if they usurped your right, or they are shared by the heirs if they consented to their brothers managing them. As for debts incurred before death, they are to be settled from the shops before the inheritance is distributed.

This is your legal right, and what the father and brothers did is not in accordance with Islamic law. The brothers should be advised to repent and return the rights before resorting to legal authorities, with the help of righteous people. Otherwise, a case can be filed to reclaim the usurped right. If you do not obtain your right in this world, then in the Hereafter, injustices will be settled with good deeds and bad deeds.
