Is it permissible, in Sharia, to give a daughter her rightful share of the inheritance in money instead of in kind (a shop and a house), to avoid problems between her brothers and her husband?

The inheriting daughter is not permitted to compel the heirs to rent the shop to her husband, nor are the heirs permitted to compel her to sell her share. If the shop cannot be divided, it is to be sold, and the price is to be distributed according to the legal shares. The heirs have the right of pre-emption according to their shares. If no one desires it, the woman may take the entire shop for its price. In case of disagreement, the matter should be referred to the Sharia court.
