• What is the ruling on utilizing the father's share of the inheritance land, which has not been legally divided, by investing in it such as planting trees and building tents for raising chickens, with the approval of all heirs?
• Is the sale by a father of agricultural lands to his youngest son, with the approval of the father, the son, and two sisters, and without the knowledge of the eldest sister who previously benefited from the father's money, considered an injustice to the sisters, and what is the ruling on the two sisters retracting their approval?
• Is the agreement to take turns caring for the sick father between the only son and six daughters a fair agreement? Should the son serve him two days a week, similar to the inheritance? Does the in-laws' refusal to send their wives to serve their father affect the obligation of service falling solely on the son? Should the father's statement be rebutted? Is it permissible for the son to waive his inheritance?
• What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding the purchase of an apartment seized illegally by a lawyer, in order to resolve a dispute, knowing that its price was paid by one of the heirs for all heirs to own it? • Should the inheritance be re-divided from the beginning due to 22 extra shares received by the son, or should the recently discovered two carats be divided according to Islamic law, "with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females"?
• Do the inheritance shares differ between males and females in agricultural lands from those in urban properties, considering my brother’s claim that males and females are equal in agricultural lands based on a previous state decision and the noble verse (O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you), and is it permissible Islamically to replace a divinely ordained legislation with a man-made one, and what is the sin incurred by its perpetrator and supporter? And does the right to claim inheritance of a residential house expire after twenty years based on an Iraqi law that specifies the period as fifteen years?

• Is it permissible for a person to disinherit one of his children due to problems that occurred between him and his son-in-law? And is it permissible for him to give one of his children more than the others while he is alive, on the pretext that it is his money?
• Is it conceivable that daughters receive nothing from their inheritance of shops, whether these shops are sold or rented out, especially since the father only acknowledged one-fifth as their share of his estate, with the sons and mother sharing in that one-fifth, while the sons possess everything and spend lavishly, and have not settled the debts they use as a pretext to withhold the inheritance?
