What is the Sharia ruling on a daughter's objection to her father's will bequeathing her a shop, and her demand for inheritance in the remaining shops, even though the heirs were aware of this will during his lifetime?

A bequest to an heir is legally prohibited and does not take effect unless they consent to it. Therefore, the aforementioned bequest is not binding on the heirs, and each one of them has the right to object to it and demand their legal share from all the shops.
