You can perform ruqyah on yourself by blowing into your hands and wiping [your body], or into water for drinking and bathing. Allah is capable of nullifying magic and jinn possession by any means. Strive in performing ruqyah and adhkar (remembrances of Allah), and do not pay attention to the jinn’s words or their intimidation, and remember that the plot of Satan is weak. Do not pay attention to the obsessions of the (lover jinn) or your soul leaving your body, and seek refuge with Allah from the whispers of the devils. Suicide is intentionally killing oneself, and the death of a patient during ruqyah may be a sign of good. Fortify yourself with acts of obedience, such as maintaining the obligatory prayers and morning and evening adhkar. Supplication is the weapon of the believer, and continue with it while having a good opinion of Allah, for the treasures of Allah are inexhaustible. We advise you to wear the hijab and cover your face to protect yourself from the evil eye of those who cast it and the envious, and if you fear the evil eye, seek refuge with Allah.
