Do the aforementioned symptoms indicate affliction by the evil eye, sorcery, or envy?

We advise the questioner to be patient with what has befallen him, for it may be a trial from Allah to expiate sins and raise ranks. We also recommend him to perform ruqyah (definition) (Islamic exorcism), for it is permissible for the afflicted and others. It should not be asserted definitively that what happened to him is magic or envy, for Allah knows best the reality of the matter.
