Is feeling intense fear, a racing heart, and difficulty breathing when listening to ruqyah or seeing a raqi considered confirmation of being afflicted by jinn possession (mass) or sorcery (sihr), especially after previous reciters (ruqat) have affirmed the soundness of the case?

The fear you are suffering from is an unhealthy and blameworthy one, and you must rid yourself of it, knowing that the Devil's plot is weak. Jinn do not gain power over humans unless humans empower them over themselves through their fear of them and seeking refuge in them. You must rely on Allah, have a good opinion of Him, and strengthen your relationship with Him, for He, the Exalted, will suffice you against all evils. Adhere to the prescribed ذكر (remembrances), continuously perform Ruqyah on yourself, and regularly recite Ayat al-Kursi and the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas). Commit to obeying Allah and His obligations, and remove this fear from your heart. Many of those who are claimed to be afflicted by possession are actually suffering from psychological symptoms. Get rid of this delusion and live your life normally, while adhering to the ذكر (remembrances), Ruqyah, and prophetic protections.
