What is the ruling on selling perfume to women who display themselves in the streets, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) hadith regarding a woman's use of perfume?

It is not permissible to sell perfume to a woman who beautifies herself and it is thought that she will wear it in front of non-mahram men, because it is a form of cooperation in sin, and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any woman who has used incense should not attend the last Isha prayer with us," and he also said: "Any woman who perfumes herself and passes by a group of people so that they may smell her fragrance is an adulteress."
