Women on Hajj
- What is the view of Islam on "the Abyssinians," what is our stance toward them, and what are their doctrinal errors?
- How is mixing (of sexes) forbidden, when the female Companions used to treat the wounded in wars, and a Muslim woman went to the market of the Jews, which was the cause of a war between the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and the Jews of Medina?
- What is the ruling on laughing in front of non-mahram men while the face and hands are uncovered, given the current inability to wear the niqab?
- What is your advice to men who allow their women to appear before and intermix with non-mahram men under the pretext of custom, or purity of heart, or ignorance of the Sharia ruling?
- Is it permissible for an 18-year-old girl to chat with people of different nationalities online in a gaming room if the conversation is within the bounds of respect and the game only?
- Is it permissible for a woman to wear a white wedding dress on her wedding night, or is that considered forbidden because it is from the dress of the unbelievers?
- Is it obligatory to repeat the ‘Umrah for a woman who completed its rituals while she was menstruating, knowing that she stipulated this condition upon entering into Iḥrām, and it is difficult for her to return to Makkah?
- Is it permissible for a girl to marry before she menstruates, while she has not yet reached the age of religious accountability?
- Is my wife's Hajj circumambulation valid, given that she took medication to prevent menstruation, performed ablution before the circumambulation, then found a spot of blood half an hour into the circumambulation, and nothing else came down until she stopped the pills and her period began in Riyadh? And is anything required of her?

- What is the evidence for the permissibility of a woman uncovering her hair in front of men with whom marriage is permanently forbidden to her, taking into consideration that the verse regarding displaying adornment (ولا يبدين زينتهن إلا لبعولتهن أو آبائهن...) does not mention men with whom marriage is permanently forbidden?
- Is it obligatory for the questioner and her mother to leave the house where the legitimate controls of mixing are not respected, and to move to another, safer house, given the presence of a non-mahram man who stays in the house and acts in a suspicious manner, the relatives' disregard for the controls of mixing, and the questioner's refusal to remove her niqab in front of her aunts' husbands?
- What is the ruling on adding the following conditions to the marriage contract: the wife's right to divorce in the event of the husband's adultery, or his physical or mental abuse of her or her family, or his marriage to another woman without her permission; postponing procreation until after performing the Hajj pilgrimage; the wife not paying any alimony to the husband in the event of divorce; the husband paying alimony to the wife only if there are children after divorce; and the decision regarding the wife's work and her whereabouts being hers alone?
- Am I obligated to maintain ties with my paternal aunt and visit her if I am compelled to sit in mixed company during the visit, and what is the ruling on sitting with my paternal uncle in the presence of his veiled wife, knowing that the custom in Jordan is for a veiled woman to sit with her husband during visits?
- What is the ruling on befriending foreign women from among relatives on Facebook, and what is the ruling on a comment or like from someone who uses a woman's picture next to their name, and is the one who sees this sinful, and what is the ruling on one who publishes some forbidden things but they are not dominant on their page?
- Is it permissible for you to be a mahram to your married paternal cousin, who is 50 years old, during Hajj or 'Umrah?
- What is the ruling on a woman wearing loose trousers (sirwal) that do not describe the body in front of women and mahrams? Is it considered imitation of disbelievers? Is it permissible in front of the husband if it imitates men? And must a woman's clothing always be loose, or is it sufficient that it does not show the shape of the body?
- What is the ruling on a woman wearing transparent clothes or clothes that reveal parts of her body, and on tying hair at the top of the head, and how does one respond to those who cite the fatwas of some scholars to permit that?
