Who Must Perform Hajj

• Does 'Umrah in Ramadan atone for major sins and make the pilgrim return as pure as the day his mother bore him, by analogy with Hajj?
• Is the Sa'i of Hajj on the Day of Tarwiyah valid without the Tawaf al-Qudum, knowing that there was impurity on the ihram garment during the Tawaf while caring for an elderly father, and knowing that I performed Hajj Ifrad and completed the rituals of Hajj, then got married and performed Umrah thereafter?
• Is it obligatory for me to perform Hajj from Makkah with my mother after I intended to perform Umrah from the Miqat of As-Sail, but was unable to do so due to the closure of Makkah's entry points?
