Mistakes and Compensation
- Is the Hajj considered valid, or is a Fidyah/Qada’ required for not staying overnight in Mina itself, given that the camp was located in Muzdalifah (its very beginning and Mina’s very end) and we spent the nights of Tashreeq there, and we were informed of its permissibility due to a fatwa that considers the camp to be in Mina if the rows are continuous?
- What is the expiation for taking lost money during Hajj with the intention of returning it but being unable to do so, and for taking money from a friend and being unable to repay it? Is one fidya required for both mistakes, or two?
- To what extent is it permissible for the bank to stipulate financial compensation for late payment of installments in a Murabaha contract, calculated based on the bank's average profits, with the matter subject to the oversight of the bank's Sharia Supervisory Board?

- What is the ruling on a veiled woman covering her face during the state of ihram for Umrah, and is a fidyah (expiatory offering) required if the cover touches her face, given her awareness of the difference of opinion regarding the ruling on covering the face during ihram, and her fear of crowds and the presence of non-mahram men?
