Are homosexual tendencies resulting from sexual abuse permissible or forbidden? Is there a punishment for the act of sodomy? Is the hadith about killing the one who commits sodomy weak, and will those who spread false religious information about this matter be held accountable?

The questioner should focus his efforts on escaping his psychological state by trusting in Allah and relying on Him, and by seeking a real means of treatment by consulting a trustworthy psychiatrist. Suicide is not a solution; rather, it is a sin and an act of disobedience. As long as the questioner has not willingly committed the sin, and it is merely inclinations, the opportunity for treatment is available before it escalates. Scholars issue rulings based on the question posed to them, and the perceived weakness of a hadith or tradition in the questioner's view does not necessarily mean it is weak in their view. The principle is to clarify the ruling, and exceptions may come depending on the questioner's situation. The questioner is advised to strive against himself to rid himself of these inclinations, and to trust that Allah is just and will grant retribution to the oppressed. The important thing is to seek the salvation of the soul, in accordance with His, the Almighty's, saying: "And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck, and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will find spread open. [It will be said], 'Read your record. Sufficient is yourself against you this Day as a competent accountant.'"
