The answer

Making it easy for oneself through seeking forgiveness and supplication during times of responsiveness. And drinking Zamzam water after reciting Al-Fatiha over it, for Ibn Al-Qayyim mentioned that he was cured of an illness that befell him in Mecca by doing so. And increasing in charity and providing food for fasting individuals, as their supplications may be beneficial by Allah's permission. For Al-Bayhaqi mentioned that Abdullah ibn Al-Mubarak advised a man to dig a well for people to drink from, and the man was cured. And that Al-Hakim Abu Abdullah was cured after he extensively provided water for people. And consulting specialized doctors, and performing Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism) for envy, regardless of whether the person is afflicted or not.
