What is the blood money (diyah) for accidental killing in the sacred months if the error is 50%, and for how long is the fasting, and must it be continuous?

The ruling on killing, in all its types and details, and the consequences of each, has been previously explained. If the killing involves an element of intentionality and occurs during the sacred months, the sin is amplified, because disobedience during the sacred months is more severely prohibited. This is based on the Almighty's saying: (Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve months in the Register of Allah, the day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred.
