Rajab and the Sacred Months

• Is the hadith “Rajab is the month of seeking forgiveness for my Ummah” authentic?
• Is there a specific supplication that is recommended to be said on the first night of Rajab, such as "O Allah, bless us in Rajab and Sha'ban and enable us to reach Ramadan"?
• How many days must one fast during the Sacred Months? And is fasting on Mondays and Thursdays of every month the same as fasting during the Sacred Months, or is it unrelated?
• Is it correct to call the month of Rajab "al-Asamm" (the Deaf) because no fighting is heard in it, and "Rajm" (Stoning) for stoning enemies and devils in it; and is the Hadith: "Five nights in which supplications are not rejected: the first night of Rajab, the night of the middle of Sha'ban, Friday night, the night of Eid al-Fitr, and the night of Eid al-Adha" authentic?
• When is swearing by Allah falsely considered major disbelief that expels one from Islam, and when is it considered a sin or an injustice? Are those who swear by Allah falsely once in a while equal to those who swear by Him daily to promote a product or evade debt repayment? Does the ruling on swearing falsely differ in virtuous times and places from others?
• What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Indeed, your Lord has breezes during the days of your age, so expose yourselves to them," and who narrated it other than Al-Tabarani?
• What are the acts of worship, other than those during the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah, that bring us closer to Allah and yield immense rewards?
• What is the 'iddah (waiting period) for the mother of the deceased who passed away on 12 Rabi' al-Thani 1435, and what are the deeds that are preferred to be done so that their reward reaches the deceased?
• What is the ruling on circulating farewell messages for the month of Ramadan, such as: "Oh, farewell evening for a month that has started packing its bags for the hour of separation; your departure is near, oh month of goodness. O Allah, return it to us for many years and extended times"?
• Is it permissible to give Zakat at the beginning of Rajab, presuming that hastening it is better, or is there flexibility in the matter if it is advanced by a few days within the same month? Is it obligatory to give it in the country of residence or in one's homeland? And is delaying it until traveling for the annual leave to give it by hand, to avoid showing off, considered a legitimate excuse, especially if the period between its due time and the leave is approximately two months?
• Why did the Prophet (peace be upon him) not fast the entire month of Muharram, even though it is the best fasting after Ramadan, following the example of his fasting in Sha'ban?
• Is committing a sin in Mecca considered as a hundred thousand sins, and is merely thinking about a sin in Mecca counted likewise?
• What are the virtues of the months of Rajab and Sha'ban?
• What are the Sacred Months, and are rewards and sins multiplied therein?
• When was the verse revealed: "The foolish among the people will say: 'What has turned them away from their Qiblah which they used to face'?"

• What is the meaning of the forbidden Al-Nasi' (the postponement) in verse 37 of Sūrat At-Tawbah, and what type of Nasīʾ was common in the Arabian Peninsula before its prohibition?
• What are the books that address the virtues of the Surahs of the Qur’an, the virtues of days, nights, and months, and the supplications of the Messenger with authentic evidence, and that discuss Hadith Fiqh and the schools of thought of the seven jurists of Medina, the compilers of the six books, Sufyan al-Thawri, al-Albani, Ibn Baz, and Ibn Uthaymin, along with a clarification of the scholars' opinions on al-Sha'rawi's thoughts and interpretation?
• Have any hadiths been reported regarding the virtue of fasting in the month of Rajab?
• Is fasting for two months obligatory in all madhhabs if a fetus conceived through zina (illicit sexual relations) is aborted at 112 days of gestation? Is there no blame in adopting the easier opinion? Is the amount of diyah (blood money) 213 grams of gold or one-tenth of it? Is this value converted to the local currency? Is the value doubled if the abortion occurs during the sacred months? Who are the heirs of the fetus? Is a funeral prayer performed for it? And how is the funeral prayer performed if it has already been buried?
• When does the 'iddah (waiting period) of my aunt, whose husband passed away at dawn on Sunday, 6/7/1433, end, knowing that Sha'ban and Shawwal were both 29 days? And does she exit the 'iddah by wearing her abaya and going out into the street, or does it end without doing anything?
