Is it permissible for a husband to prevent his wife from receiving her father and brother in her home because they do not pray?

A person has the right to prevent anyone from entering his house without his permission. It is not permissible for a woman's husband to prevent her from greeting or visiting her family, because severing ties of kinship is forbidden. The right of parents to dutifulness does not fall, even if they are disbelievers, as Allah Almighty says: (And We have enjoined upon man goodness to his parents. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, then do not obey them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do).
