What is the ruling on a wife visiting her family's home if her husband refuses it due to previous problems, and is obedience to the husband given precedence over obedience to parents in this case?

The wife should deal with her problem with patience and wisdom, strive to mend the relationship between her husband and her family, and seek Allah's help. She must warn them against cutting ties of kinship, and specifically advise her husband and remind him of the obligation to honor and maintain ties with his parents, and the severity of disobeying them, which includes cutting ties with them, as it is among the most heinous acts. She should explain to him that scholars have explicitly stated that he does not have the right to prevent her from visiting them, unless he fears that it would lead to their corruption. If the husband insists on preventing her, she should not go out without his permission to avoid greater harms. If his prohibition has no legitimate Sharia justification, then he is sinful. However, if there is a legitimate Sharia justification, such as fearing her corruption, then his prohibition is correct and she must obey him.
