What should a menstruating woman do at the beginning of Hajj before entering Mecca?

If a menstruating woman passes the miqat, she must enter into ihram and perform all the rituals of Hajj or Umrah, except that she does not perform tawaf around the Kaaba nor sa'y until her menstruation ceases and she purifies herself with a ghusl. However, if she menstruates after performing tawaf, then she may perform sa'y between Safa and Marwah even if she is menstruating.
