Is a blood sacrifice due from someone who came for Umrah from Egypt and intended to perform Ihram from Jeddah, knowing that the original reason for the visit was Umrah, and is a blood sacrifice due for every Umrah or only for the first Umrah?

"One coming from Egypt to perform Umrah must enter into a state of ihram from the Miqat through which they pass. If their intention is both Umrah and work, they must enter ihram from the Miqat. If the parents and the husband's parents came from Egypt intending Umrah without entering ihram from the Miqat of the people of Egypt, then each of them owes a sacrifice (dam) for every time they passed the Miqat while intending Umrah. The sacrifice is a sheep to be slaughtered and distributed among the poor of the Haram. As for one who intends Umrah while in Jeddah, they should enter ihram from Jeddah, and it is not permissible for them to go to another Miqat."
