What are the acts of worship, other than those during the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah, that bring us closer to Allah and yield immense rewards?

The question is vague, but it can be said that the seasons in which it is legislated to increase acts of worship, other than the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, are: the month of Ramadan, and the sacred months (the rest of Dhul-Hijjah, Muharram—especially Ashura—and Rajab). Allah Almighty said: "So do not wrong yourselves during them." Good deeds have a greater reward during them, and injustice is more severe.

As for the acts of worship that are legislated to be performed during the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, they are many, such as prayer, fasting, charity, honoring parents, maintaining ties of kinship, doing good, visiting the sick, reciting the Qur'an, remembrance (dhikr), and offering help to people. In the Hadith: "Faith has seventy-odd or sixty-odd branches, the best of which is the saying 'La ilaha illa Allah' (There is no god but Allah), and the least of which is removing a harmful object from the road, and modesty is a branch of faith."
