What is the ruling regarding someone whose ablution (wudu') is nullified while reciting the Holy Quran?

If one's ablution (wudu') is invalidated during Quran recitation by the emission of wind, then: if the reciter is reading from a mushaf (definition) (physical copy of the Quran), it is not permissible for him to touch the mushaf while not in a state of purity, due to the Almighty’s saying: {None shall touch it except the purified} (Quran 56:79), and due to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "None should touch the Quran except one who is pure." However, if he is reciting from memory, it is permissible for him to complete the recitation without being in a state of purity, but it is preferable for him to stop until he has purified himself.
