What is the legal inheritance for a man who died and left behind two daughters, a wife, parents, male siblings, and a sister?

There is nothing for the siblings to inherit, as they are excluded by the father. As for the rest of the heirs, they are entitled to inheritance, and their shares are well-known in the minbariyyah (Islamic jurisprudence concerning inheritance shares). The matter of estates must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be an unknown heir, or bequests and debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
