1- Does a man's kissing his wife nullify ablution, and what type and location of kissing would nullify ablution if it does? 2- How is it understood that Allah is the Provider when some people die of starvation?

Allah alone is the Sustainer (Al-Razzaq). He expands provision for whom He wills and restricts it for reasons He knows, to test the rich with gratitude and the poor with patience. The death of some people from hunger does not negate His attribute as the Sustainer; rather, it means they have completed their provision and their appointed time. Whoever is afflicted with scarcity of provision and shows patience, Allah will compensate him in Paradise with a single dip that will make him forget all the misery and hardship of this world.
