Why do people die of hunger when Allah has ordained sustenance for every person?

Allah is the Provider (Ar-Razzaq); He has taken it upon Himself to provide for His servants. By His wisdom, He differentiates among them in provision, expanding it for whomever He wills and restricting it for others. This is a trial for His servants, through blessings and calamities, to reveal the grateful and the patient.
