What is the cure for the sorcery we have been subjected to by someone who harms us while hiding behind religion?

The rights of a neighbor in Islam are great. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) encouraged kindness towards them and warned against harming them. He said: "Be good to your neighbor, and you will be a believer," and "Jibreel kept advising me about the neighbor until I thought he would make him an heir," and "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his neighbor," and "By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe! (The one) whose neighbor is not safe from his mischief."

One should advise the neighbor and remind him of Allah. If he does not stop, then his matter should be raised to the authorities, seeking help from Allah first, then by every available means.
