What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning a husband who divorced his wife six times, despite her unwillingness to separate because of her children, and is it permissible for him to take her back or keep her in the house?

If you have divorced your wife with a triple divorce, she has become irrevocably separated from you, and she is now a stranger to you. It is impermissible for you to be alone with her or to live with her in a single house with shared facilities. You cannot take her back unless she marries another man, consummates the marriage with him, and then he divorces her or dies, and her waiting period (iddah) from him ends. As for the custody of her young children, she has the right to it unless there is an impediment to custody. We advise you to consult the Sharia court or present the matter to trustworthy scholars.
