Are all Hadiths authentic so that they may be circulated on mobile phones and forums?

Distributing Ahadith via mobile phones and forums depends on their authenticity. If they are authenticated, then it is permissible to publish them; otherwise, it is not. And whoever narrates a hadith that he believes to be a lie is one of the liars, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever intentionally lies about me, let him take his place in Hellfire," and "Whoever narrates a hadith from me, believing it to be a lie, is one of the liars." Therefore, one must verify a hadith before publishing it, especially concerning beliefs and rulings, where it is impermissible to act upon anything but an authentic hadith. As for the virtues of deeds, the majority of scholars have permitted acting upon a weak hadith under certain conditions: that it pertains to the virtues of deeds, that its weakness is not severe, that it falls under an established principle, and that one does not believe in its authenticity when acting upon it.
