What is the validity of the statement that all hadiths reported from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) concerning the virtues of the Quranic surahs are fabricated, except for those reported concerning the virtues of Surat Al-Kahf, Ayatul-Kursi, Yasin, Al-Mulk, and Al-Ikhlas, and is it permissible to restrict matters in this way?

The last two verses of Surat Al-Baqarah: Whoever recites them at night, they will suffice him. Ayat Al-Kursi: The greatest verse in the Book of Allah.
