What is the distribution of inheritance among the father, mother, wife, full brother, and full sister of the deceased?

If the deceased has no heirs other than those mentioned (wife, mother, father, full brother, full sister), then their inheritance is distributed as follows:

The wife: One-fourth (due to the absence of a direct descendant). The mother: One-sixth. The father: The remainder by ta’sib (residuary heirship) after the shares of the wife and mother are allotted.

The full brother and full sister are excluded from inheritance due to the presence of the father. The estate is divided into twelve shares: the wife receives three shares, the mother receives two shares, and the remainder goes to the father. It is advisable to consult the Sharia courts for the division of inheritances.
