The answer

The prayer is valid in a state of drowsiness or physical relaxation as long as the worshiper has fulfilled its pillars. Drowsiness or physical laxity do not invalidate ablution. Nevertheless, the worshiper should approach their prayer with vigor. If the worshiper feels drowsy, they should rest until the drowsiness dissipates. If there isn't enough time, they should pray and exert themselves to complete their prayer. As for the Fajr prayer after sunrise, it is valid, and if its time is missed due to sleep, there is no sin. However, if the delay is intentional, the person is sinful and must make it up.
