Can a human become an angel, given that Iblis was an angel despite being created from fire and from jinn?

Iblis is not an angel; rather, he was one of the Jinn, as stated in the Almighty's words: "And [mention] when We said to the angels, 'Prostrate to Adam,' so they prostrated, except for Iblis; he was of the Jinn." Angels are infallible and do not disobey Allah, and they were created from light, whereas the Jinn were created from fire. Iblis was an exception from the angels because he worshipped alongside them.
