The answer

A condition for a woman's hijab is that it should not be an adornment in itself that attracts the attention of men, based on the generality of the Almighty's saying: (And let them not expose their adornment except to their husbands or their fathers...), and because that contradicts the intent of the Lawgiver concerning the hijab, which is concealment. Accordingly, it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to wear anything that attracts attention. So, if the fabric has an intense luster that attracts attention, it is not permissible to go out with it in front of strange men.
