What is the ruling on wearing wide trousers under the abaya; decorating the abaya from the outside with crystals, beads, and embroidery; uncovering the eyes and hands; wearing bright colors and eye-catching shoes; wearing heels (not excessively high); and looking at the vendor when discussing a specific item?

The Islamic Sharia commanded women to observe hijab, and it has conditions, including: covering the entire body, that it should not be an adornment in itself, that it should be thick and not transparent, loose and not tight, and that it should not resemble the clothing of men, disbelieving women, or clothes of fame. It is permissible to wear concealing trousers with a loose abaya, but it is forbidden to put adornments or striking colors on the abaya. The entire body must be covered, including the feet. It is ruled that covering the face and hands is obligatory, and only the eyes may be visible. It is permissible to wear high-heeled shoes if they do not produce a striking sound or lead to swaying in one's walk. It is permissible to look at the seller when making a purchase, without lust. Allah commanded the hijab to protect women and preserve the purity of society.
