Is my hijab, which lacks adornment but is eye-catching and reveals my femininity—due to the scarcity of committed women—considered a violation of the condition "it should not be an adornment in itself nor eye-catching," and am I sinful for it, and how can I rectify it?

A woman must adhere to the Shar'i hijab with its conditions and specifications. It does no harm for the hijab to attract attention if it is not due to adornment or patterns on it. The intention is that the hijab itself should not be an adornment that draws attention to her.
