What is the ruling on publishing pictures of young girls in their full adornment on social media, establishing a studio for photographing girls, and using their pictures in advertisements, and what is the ruling on money earned from that?

Looking at and photographing a young girl, including looking at her picture, depends on whether it incites lust and temptation. If she is very young and not an object of desire, then there is no harm. Otherwise, it is impermissible. As for the clothes of a girl who has not reached puberty, they must cover her awrah, which varies according to her age and appearance. Exaggerating in adorning young girls with makeup and clothes might change the ruling, as Allah permitted elderly women to lay aside their outer garments, provided they do not display their adornment. The permissibility of opening a photography studio depends on the ruling of photography itself and what is photographed. If photography is permissible, then it is restricted to what is permissible. It is forbidden to photograph a mature, adorned, or nude girl. If photography is forbidden, then taking payment for it is also forbidden.
