The answer

Photographic imaging of animate beings is a matter of scholarly disagreement, and the preferred view is its prohibition, except for what necessity dictates, such as pictures used in official transactions. Working in a photography studio that photographs what necessity dictates is permissible, and the photographer is not held accountable for what the subject of the picture does with it later. However, photographing what is not dictated by necessity is forbidden, and it falls under cooperation in sin and aggression. The prohibition intensifies if the pictures are of unveiled women or young girls whose likeness might incite desire, due to the spread of temptation and indecency involved therein. The criterion for prohibiting the photographing of a young girl is her appearance and demeanor, not her age. So, if she is in a form that men desire, photographing her and disseminating her pictures is forbidden.
