The answer

It is not permissible for a woman to upload her picture on the internet with her face or feet uncovered, due to the obligation to cover them and not display adornment that attracts the attention of men. This is based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿And not expose their adornment﴾, and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Women who are clothed yet naked, inclining [to evil] and inclining [others] away [from righteousness] will not enter Paradise nor smell its fragrance." Furthermore, a foreign man photographing them is a great evil, and seeing them in person is an even greater temptation. The guardian must prevent his daughter from doing so, as he is responsible for her before Allah.
