What is the ruling on my prayer and ablution given that I suffer from the emission of wind accompanied by stomach gases and an incomplete bowel movement, and I feel wind escaping during every ablution and prayer without hearing a sound or smelling an odor?

If a person performs ablution (wudu') and then doubts its invalidation, they should not pay attention to the doubt, because certainty is not removed by doubt. You did well by not repeating the ablution, and you should remain firm on that, as it is the best way to deal with obsessive whispers (waswasa). Know that by doing so, you are not considered negligent; rather, you are doing what is lawfully required of you. As for the pledge you made to yourself—that you will not repeat ablution or prayer unless you are certain of passing gas—it is incorrect. If certainty of passing gas occurs, then the ablution is invalidated. And if one of you finds something in his stomach and is unsure whether something has exited or not, he should not leave the mosque until he hears a sound or finds a smell [i.e., of gas]. This obsessive whispering is from Satan, and it is obligatory to abandon it.
