• Does divorce take effect if a man conditioned it on spying on his wife and her mother using a camera, then he spied on them without using a camera, and is this considered the fulfillment of the two conditions upon which the divorce was conditioned?
• What is the ruling on drawing cars as they appear in reality for enjoyment, and is that considered a theft of the owners' rights?
• Is what the questioner is suffering from—detailed doubts about Sharia rulings, questioning religious axioms, and attempting to follow dispensations and anomalous opinions—an obsessive-compulsive disorder or a doubt that leads one out of the fold of Islam? And what is the appropriate Sharia-based and psychological treatment for this condition?
• Is there any embarrassment or obligation in the statement of one who says: "I have expelled the worldly life from my life," and is it considered a contradiction if he thinks about worldly matters? • What is polytheistic fear, what are its characteristics, and is fearing the sight of idols considered polytheism (shirk) against Allah?
• If it is highly probable that paints and glues contain impure substances, and it is unknown whether they have undergone a transformation (istihalah) or not, and it is not known with certainty whether a specific product contains these materials, is it prohibited to use it? And if a wall or door is painted with a paint containing an impure substance and it comes into contact with water without the paint being affected, does whatever touches it become impure, or does it take the ruling of dry impurity that does not render other things impure?
• Is the questioner's scrupulousness regarding matters of ritual impurity (najasa) and purity (tahara), and her imagination that everything around her is ritually impure, as well as her doubt after performing istinja' (washing after relieving oneself) about the type of discharge, considered an act of excessive strictness (tanattu') that she must abandon?
• Is the wife responsible for knowing the ruling on a statement made by her husband, which she suspects might lead to major disbelief (kufr akbar)? • Can a person who was strict regarding the impurity of alcohol now adopt the view of its purity due to his obsessive doubts (waswasa) concerning everything he touches, his hand having alcohol on it, or his shaking hands with people who use alcoholic perfumes?
• Does my prioritizing a Christian female over a Muslim female in conceding a university accommodation — knowing that the final decision rests with the administration — count as aiding a disbeliever against a Muslim and thus falling into one of the nullifiers of faith?

And is preferring something else over them an act of disbelief? And is it obligatory to believe this as something known to be an indispensable part of the religion? And is remaining silent about inquiring about the ruling on a specific incident considered a denial of what is known to be an indispensable part of the religion? And what is the principle that someone with religious obsessive-compulsive disorder (waswas al-aqida) can rely on to identify matters of disbelief? And is a preacher's statement that discussing the virtue of seeking forgiveness (or any other religious matter) is endless considered an exaggeration, and is doubting this considered doubting the religion? And what is the ruling on someone who acknowledges the obligation of prayer but says that it is not important and that he will enter Paradise by saying "Lā ilāha illā Allāh"?
• What is the ruling on feeling a drop emerge after urinating, despite performing istibra’ (cleansing after urination), istinjas (washing with water), and sprinkling water on the private parts, with no trace found on the underwear? And is the water remaining on the urethral opening, or that which entered and exited unintentionally, considered impure? And what should someone who experiences waswasa (obsessive whispering/doubts) concerning this do?
