Are smoke and cigarettes forbidden in Islamic law, and what is the punishment for the smoker, and is it true that a smoker will not enter Paradise?

Smoking and cigarettes are forbidden (haram). A Muslim smoker is like any other disobedient Muslim. Whoever among them repents, Allah will accept their repentance. As for whoever dies while committing this sin, their matter is up to Allah's will: if He wills, He will punish them, and if He wills, He will forgive them and admit them into Paradise. And whoever among them is punished, their ultimate destination is Paradise, because people of faith will not remain eternally in Hellfire.
