What is the ruling of Sharia on wearing an adhesive "wig" for someone who is bald, and what are the related rulings concerning ghusl (ritual bathing) and wudu (ablution)?

Baldness in men is not considered a defect, and they are not permitted to wear wigs, even according to those who permit them for women to conceal a visible flaw. This is because wearing a wig is forbidden for both men and women alike, due to the deception and misrepresentation involved. However, if a woman has no hair at all, she may be permitted to wear a wig out of necessity. As for a man, it is not permissible for him to do so under any circumstances. And whoever wears a wig in a forbidden manner, it is not permissible for him to wipe over it during ablution, because concessions are not granted for acts of disobedience.
