The answer

Whoever has missed days from Ramadan and has not made them up until the next Ramadan begins, must feed a poor person for each day missed. This is done by multiplying the number of days by one mudd of food (approximately 750 grams of rice or similar). It is permissible to give one and a half kilograms of food with a side dish to each poor person. It is not permissible for the feeding to be for a non-Muslim.
