What is the ruling on relatives publishing my pictures on the Internet without permission, given that they were previously taken of me in un-Islamic attire, so what should I do?

It is not permissible to post women's pictures on the internet. Whoever posts them must be advised to denounce this act and be called to repentance by removing the pictures from websites and never returning to such actions. As for the woman whose picture is already posted, she must exert effort to remove it. What she is unable to do, she is not obligated to.
