What is the ruling of Islamic law on women sharing photos of other women adorned through email with the intention of benefiting from their adornment and clothing, knowing that these photos do not go beyond the scope of women and are neither saved nor published? Is this act considered a sin or permissible?

Photographing women is fraught with dangers; the pictures may display 'awrah (parts of the body that must be covered) that other women are not permitted to see, and they may also fall into the hands of men, causing fitnah (temptation/strife). Therefore, it is necessary to avoid circulating such pictures via mail due to the resulting exposure to those who are not permitted to look at them.
