What is the ruling concerning a girl whose family refuses to allow her to wear the prescribed hijab, and who faces ridicule and attempts to discourage her from them whenever she forbids them from evil?

We congratulate you on your guidance and advise you to be wise and patient in inviting others to Allah. The hijab is an obligation upon you Islamically, and do not pay attention to your mother's saying that you are still young. The clothing you described is not suitable as a legal hijab.
