How can 20 days of missed Ramadan fasting be made up, knowing that the making up coincided with a new pregnancy, and is it possible to fast during this pregnancy despite the fatigue?

A pregnant woman is permitted to break her fast in Ramadan if she fears harm for herself or her fetus. She must make up the missed days when she is able. If she fears harm only for the fetus, she must make up the missed days and pay the fidyah (feeding one poor person for each day). The make-up fasts should be performed promptly before the next Ramadan. If the excuse of pregnancy arises before she is able to make up the fasts, some scholars state that no expiation for delay is required. If it was possible to make up the fasts after Eid but she did not, and then an excuse arose, then the fidyah is obligatory if she knew of the impermissibility of the delay. She is required to make up the missed days after the excuse is gone. If fasting would harm herself or the fetus, then she is not permitted to fast.
