What is the ruling regarding making up 60 days from two missed Ramadans due to childbirth and pregnancy, given that there is an excuse for pregnant and breastfeeding women, and is fasting obligatory or is expiation permissible, and what is its amount?

You are not blameworthy for breaking your fast in Ramadan due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, or postpartum bleeding (nifas); in fact, nifas necessitates breaking the fast. You must make up all the fasts you missed whenever you are able to do so. You are not required to make them up consecutively. It is not permissible to substitute expiation (kaffara) for making up the fasts unless you are unable to make them up. If you broke your fast solely out of fear for the fetus, then in addition to making up the fasts, you must feed one poor person for each day. You must make up the fasts you missed before the next Ramadan begins. If another Ramadan begins before you have made them up, and you had a valid excuse for the delay, then you are not required to pay an expiation for delaying. However, if you did not have a valid excuse, then an expiation for delaying becomes obligatory upon you.
