How can one rectify unsound inclinations and sexual urges toward minors, given the fear of showing signs of discomfort in social or future situations, and achieve complete faith?

We recommend making supplication, and among the best supplications are: "O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency," and the supplications of the distressed: "O Allah, I hope for Your mercy, so do not abandon me to myself for the blink of an eye, and correct all my affairs for me. There is no god but You." It is also important to observe ruqyah (Islamic exorcism), and there is no harm in seeking help from mental health specialists when needed. These inclinations are not sinful as long as you strive to repel them. When you see your female relatives, seek assistance through the remembrance of Allah Almighty, for it is strength for the heart and tranquility for the soul. Thinking about the future in this regard is giving in to delusions. You should hasten to marry, for it may be a cause for these feelings to disappear. Your desires must be subservient to the Sharia.
